I felt compelled to comment if only just to balance out the absurdity of the first comment! It really is such wonderful news - it’s lovely to know that two bright, lovely people, both of whom are excellent in their respective fields and negotiate their “celebrity” status with total integrity, like lovely, normal, sensible people, have been blessed with the best gift imaginable. I have solved that annoying issue of “who would you most like to buy a pie and a pint for” that I am faced with.
I cannot think of a more enjoyable lunchtime, than sharing it with Victoria and David.
I am sure they will be suitably impressed, but please don’t be worried…..so long as you buy the first round you will soon settle down !
