Only Connect Sport Relief special
Monday, 14 March 2016
Tonight at 8.30pm on BBC Two, there’s a special edition of Only Connect in aid of the BBC appeal for Sport Relief. It will be a rematch for team captains David Baddiel and Hugh Dennis - this time round, David B is joined by novelist Philippa Gregory and poet John Cooper Clarke, while Hugh Dennis fields Lynne Truss and Julian Lloyd Webber.
If you watch, hope you enjoy it and do please give something to that excellent charity cause if you possibly can.

I have watched, I have given. But Mark Tavener wrote the comic novel In The Red, not Malcolm Bradbury.

Hi Victoria,
I thoroughly enjoy the Only Connect show, even though I don’t often get the point (numerically or metaphorically). But I did get one right today on a musical question in the semi-final of March 16 (last year I think, I’m a bit behind to show you how slow I am). I must admit I was a bit surprized to listen to part of the Beethoven violin concerto and it being announced as the Brahms concerto. A very rare research mistake that you can use when the researchers make fun of you next.
Looking forward of catching up and a lot more fun with you
Thanks
Manfred

what about an “only connect” red nose special, the “eggheads” V the “chasers”, now that would be good
